Wow, how things change in this world lol. I am glad they changed it to a low dose of sleep medication.
I am on so many medications that I take them all at night so I do not get sleepy during the day lol. I even take my vitamins with my evening pills because otherwise, I forget to take them if I don't do it that way lol.
