Thanks so much for the advice. One of the methods I tried yesterday was journaling before writing. I often write in my journal every morning; recording thoughts and ideas and such. This time, I typed it instead. Then, I moved into a prompt with a quick little creative thing without much thought. I'll go back and look at it later today and see if it is jumbled non-sense or if I am at least on a good track. It felt good to write and moving from journaling (typing instead of handwriting this time) directly into typing a story worked well. You're the best!
