Chinese New Year Celebration

She does sound very flaky. I hate it when people change things at the last minute, especially when most of it was their idea in the first place. I guess it's not wholly your friend's fault, though, if she had a brain injury and PTSD. I don't know a lot about brain injuries, but I do know PTSD, and it can make it really hard to make and stick to plans, can't it? Still, it's not what you want for your birthday celebrations. I'm sure you'll have a great time with the SGT. But, yeah. I understand your frustration.
