I wanted to post encouragement for others who are looking at this activity and are considering joining but are too intimidated to. I was myself as well at first. It sounds like a lot but there are many different contests available, some of which are super easy to do. I'm part of the 30-day blogging contest so that means I already have a contest entry every week in January already. This doesn't have to be hard so don't let it scare you.
In addition, what's the worst that could happen? So what if you fail to complete it? This is meant to take you out of your comfort zone and push you, to make you stretch in new ways as a writer. Yes, it's uncomfortable but without discomfort, can there be growth? So really, what do you have to lose? Maybe you don't complete all 52 weeks, but it will make you grow by doing it regardless. So don't be afraid of failure, be afraid of being too scared to try something new! I hope this helps!
