Oh shit. That sucks they need to, but I was a cops kid and always knew gun safety. I'm a good shot too but I don't shoot, I leave it up to my 71 year old mom and all the ladies she teaches to shoot right That's empowering.

btw Char, my area is under Marshall law. We lost of 12 million in timber funds about a decade ago, and we are so poor we cannot house the criminals who do get arrested more than a night. We are armed and I dare anyone to try any shit at our house. My mom is a dead-eye-dick That's the rural-ness of the forest here, and the city and county AND state have NO MONEY for more cops or to pay the state cops for more coverage. Only murders and deaths are responded to. Robberies rarely get written up these days. It's erm... bad. My neighbor shot and killed HIS neighbor because they were in a war, and one (kinda both though) was psychotic. It's in that neighbors show on tv... seriously. Police log musta been a mile thick, but in the end there wasn't anything they could really do when he refused care and only went away on 72 hour holds and for however long they could keep him. Nobody really believed my neighbor didn't shoot him in cold blood (he didn't) so he's serving life upstate.

Sounds bad, and it is, but we DO have a 2 acre property fully fenced with a locked gate. That helps.

Just saying, money has a lot to do with it, regardless of the race, HERE. It's always so unique in each area and each state. You could do darn near anything you want here without getting arrested!
