Hello Kimbug and Genipher, thank you for replying. I am a bit embarassed at my situation and if i had a shed load of money I would have a lawyer to deal with this stubborn Council landlord (can anyone say "untouchables"?) who have no problem with torment by one neighbour (or 2) onto another.
Chronic illness is hard enough to cope with on its own, plus c-ptsd. When this all is in my rear view mirror I wonder if I might write these dweebs into a story...? Hm. Might start with my blog.
