Sounds like your antagonist is your main character's inner turnoil. Maybe her antagonist is her flaws. Look at her flaws and see if anything pops out at you. One sounds like it might be her problem of accepting responsibility for her own actions and blaming everyone else around her. I have found if it is easier to write it isn't what you are looking for. LOL. I have struggled with my characters and outline, really struggled.
