A lot of things are great but quite a few things aren't as far as I can see. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing...
1) general search menu isn't very useful. Doesn't seem to include users and is almost unusable on mobile (ui too small).
2) favorites don't seem to work. Added items aren't and (recently) the content filter drop-down overlays the >> button making it unusable.
3) item listing pages would be improved if they showed whether one had reviewed an item
