I remember feeling this way when I first started out... and maybe it was true then, but after writing a ton of words I feel like I've started creating things that are good enough to get published (if I can finish things, which is a whole other issue, lol).
My biggest advice to you is to write what you love, and be as self-indulgent as possible while writing. One day you will look back and the writing will be as bad as you feared, but the ideas in the writing will be awesome and you'll use them again in another work.
