Hi all! I'm a newbie to this site but definitely not a newbie to writing. I've been writing in the same setting since 2013 (five years already?!), and I've won NaNoWriMo three times on the same story. (Yes, I've written over 150,000 words on one story. Most of the words were backstory, or so I determined later.) I've done so much worldbuilding that I can write scholarly works for my setting, lol.
Who here can relate? Chime in, fellow spec fic authors! :D
My goal is to one day create a story that's good enough that it inspires things like fanfiction and fanart. I know it's a little silly, but to me that's one of the best expressions of creativity, when you can inspire other people to create their own things. I really want people to love my stories as much as I love my stories.
