Currently when writers have specific things they want to know from reviews, they put a note to the reviewers at the top (or top and bottom) of the text of their item, in the Body text box.
You're welcome to do the same in your own items.
Expecting other people to do so? -- Not something that anyone can control.
If a writer doesn't specify what information they want from a review, what information to send is the reviewer's choice. The site review guidelines list some possibilities: Guidelines To Great Reviewing from Writing.Com 101
If knowing what the writer wants to know is important to you, you're more likely to get that information in a review exchange group.
