I'd post over in "Technical Support Forum" Open in new Window. or "Bug Reporting" Open in new Window.. I can copy and paste the ID without opening the item. Although I do get the feeling I've heard this before and it's a known issue with Chrome.

Chrome used to be the recommended browser for Writing.Com, but it seems to becoming more of a nuisane recently.
