I know what you're talking about, Neva. I hate that sort of quiet, unspoken judgment from people when it comes to mental health issues. I've definitely had that happen a number of times and you just have to keep going and take care of yourself. I like your journaling advice. I think it's good for people to journal even just so they can keep track of their moods and maybe figure out what causes some of their mood swings or anxiety issues.
