Yes! I'm .5% Ashkenazi Jewish; my dad and I have a running joke that he is Jewish because of his first name (David). While David is a Christian name, dad thinks it's more common for Jewish people to name their sons David. I did say to him, "well, looks like you were sort of right!" 23 & Me also gives a timeline of when those genes were introduced - someone in the 1700s had a child with someone of that ancestry. I really liked the timelines.

The health screenings were $50 extra, but I thought it was worth it. Of course, they give the disclaimer that they can't diagnose, but I know when I see various doctors it gives me an idea of things I can ask about, whether it's testing or prevention.
