I doubt you're the only one who's a bit leery. I think you should take things at your own pace. Don't try to push yourself to do too much too soon because that will be overwhelming for you, as it would be for any of us. I've only done 4 of the tasks for February and we're already in the second week of the month. *Laugh* If I'm able to do more, that's cool, but it's okay if I don't.

As far as online support groups, you do have to be careful. You have to make sure you trust the people you're talking to and you have to make sure you're not walking around with other people's problems weighing you down. If you start feeling anxious or overwhelmed ever, it's okay to step away for a while. That goes for any member of the group. You have to do what you're comfortable doing, when you're comfortable doing it, and I totally respect/appreciate that.
