Update Jan 22-26
I met my goals for the week, barely. I also had a counseling call from the Colorado Quit line, received my patches and gum from them, and have some very good and healthy strategies in place for when the quitting is going tough for me. Tonssss of celery sticks will inhabit my fridge!
