1.) Get caught up with reading / replying to posts in TLC
2.) Catch up on posting my progress in TLC & create a book item to make this an easier task.
3.) Enter one contest this week ~ for I write in 2018.
4.) Focus on: eating all of my meals each day instead of just dinner, be aware of food choices and serving sizes, lots of water / clean liquids.
5.) Get in stretches and lower back muscle building exercises once a day, as shown to do when I was attending PT.
6.) Call Colorado Quit Line: (A tobacco cessation program funded in part by cigarette tax dollars.) Sign up for the program, schedule phone counseling sessions, order quit aids, explore the support website, AND set a QUIT DATE! (Based off of when cessation aids should arrive.
