Writing 101

I had to take a hiatus because I was ill. I'm back now I think.

I will be posting about one lesson per week. This week's lesson is simple past verbs. These are verbs that express an action that took place at a specific time in the past. The person speaking may not state a specific time, but they have one in mind. Examples:

I went to work yesterday.
I traveled to London last year.

Your assignment is to write ten sentences using simple past verbs.
