ABOUT US --- This annual contest, open to all WDC-ers & is an activity for: "Invalid Item"  As you can see, below ---- Over the years a daring, often eerie mix of wildly entertaining short stories and poetry still grace our message roster below. Now as Cauldron Time wanes, we grace our 8th year for this spellbinding writing contest. Each October thru Novemeber, harvesting for the past seven years, one sees what WDC authors come by inside their tales. The entire forum is pratically an anthology of Autumn seasonal genre. Stat views since 2009 reads 3,362 onsite, jumping to 4,168 on Nov 17. During our 8TH YEAR running ... hoping your hearth stays toasty on chilly autumn nights ... Allow, a Halloween a-howling .... beckoning 2016 contestants or --potential reader/ reviewers toward, yet again, more, topnotch creations this Autumn of 2016. CONTEST FEES EXPLAINED Presently, the contest fee clocks in @ 2000 gp per short story submission. Poetry fees are 200gp per poem. PRIZES --- 30,000 GP for FIRST PLACE FOR SHORT STORIESSECOND PLACE WIN == 20,000 GP!
