I get what you mean... ā°šÆšļ¼ļ¼ļ¼. I have that too... Like... this is my baby, you can't see it! Except that eventually, when they are finely polished and all that, we need to send them to a car wash of some sort and see if someone can get them cleaned up a little bit more, something we might overlook... and we are like... don't say nothing crazy about my character! She's mine!
And we get to that stage when... finally... we realise... oh, I'm an author and I need to share these characters with others... so that they can love the characters too... that feeling of attachment, the agony is terrible but, yeah, it's a process. We'll create so many that we would finally be used to it eventually...
I agree being within this community really helps because everyone is so encouraging...
