I don't know if I buy that Joto-Kai, at least not as presented.

Jim Butcher could write my novel because he writes Harry like I am.

In turn, I could probably write the next Harry Dresden novel, because Harry's voice is just like mine.

I could hire a plumber to fix a leaky pipe, but the fact is, I've fixed and replaced every bad pipe and faucet myself and yet I am not a plumber.

Maybe a variation on your theme is this. I have fixed other people's writing. I have been asked to write things because I'm the one who's good at it.

So it's not "can anybody do it for me" as inherently there are plenty of writers out there who could take your idea and run with it.

Instead, consider if there's people who would rather have you write it, because you're better at it than they are.
