SET UP FOR AND BUG BOMB HOUSE-

Get to Walmart. Buy 10 canisters of bug bombs-DONE
Cover all fresh food in kitchen etc with plastic-DONE
Tape plastic over the baking cupboards-DONE

Cover and bag food in my room (granola bars etc)-SEALED DOOR INSTEAD
Get dehydrated food from oven and bottle it-DONE
Tape kitchen cupboard doors shut-DONE

Bug Bomb house-DONE
Go to library for 3 hours then-WENT TO TACO BELL INSTEAD AND THEN EMERGENCY ROOM FROM BUG BOMB FUMES couldnt get out fast enough
ventilate house for two hours-IN E.R. UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT, SO...ventelated sort of, ripped plastic off my door and slept in there.
Then wash every surface in kitchen -MOST
and dining room--MOST

Do therapy exercises--SOME

Set up rides for med and dential appointments--DONE
Get to Medical and dental appointments- DONE- dont need surgery!

Monday-In Em.room, but over 3,000
Tues-2,155—sick in bed most of day
Wed-2.768-At Drs. For hours waiting to get in
Thurs-2,850 as of 11
Frid- 650 as of 11:31. I don’t think this thing works right. It should be over 900 just from shoppig. Holding the cart handle does‘ t count steps i think

Cans back from alley
Pulled oven away from wall
Scrubbed floor to ceiling a kitchen wall
Took all the nails and hooks down from said wall
Flattened all the holes with a hammer
Scraped oil gunk from cupboard doors etc
Scraped, brushed, washed etc. The wall and cupboard
Steam mopped the floor along wall and under oven
SHELF IS DOWN and scrubbed-still greasy, need something else to use.
