Update for August 12th to 16th

I sort of reached my goal this week. I was at a seminar all of Tuesday, so I didn't get any writing done and hardly any reading. However, I did a writing exercise every other day of the week and did two on Wednesday to make up for Tuesday.
As for reading I averaged somewhere between thirty and sixty minutes a day.
