Are You Okay?
         This question is asked all the time when you lose someone. Meant out of kindness and love. I haven't lost someone recently but I wanted to post this anyway. I saw it on a WDC activity and it has become a part of me. I've written it as the beginnings of a recent journal. My definition when asked are you okay! Number 1. It's an automatic response when someone see's you are in distress. Number 2. Are they reaching out because of similar circumstances. All in all people are kind hearted when Grief comes knocking at your door.
