Northern, The lines you show wrap.

The %%black_line%% and %%dashed_line%% do not.

You can look at one of my In&Outs to see what I mean.

If the line wraps, it will not display consistently from screen to screen.

I suspect The ScaryMaster would be able describe the difference better than I can but you can see the difference by looking at the lines separating posts in one of my In&Outs.
