It's a very hot day in Ohio.
Hi everyone! I joined this site about 3 months ago, but never got the chance to really introduce myself to the community. I've already gotten my stories out there a bit more with one of them -- The Uncovering even making it on to an "Editor's Pick" list. Now to formally introduce myself to all you other creative writers, reviewers, or whoever you may be.

My name is Daniel Alspach and I live in a small town in Ohio. My passion for writing kind of started in sixth grade when my story(that I can't remember the name of now), a sequel to the last Harry Potter book was chosen to be passed around to a group of teachers and students to read. Everyone liked it that much. Things kind of progressed from there as I went on to do screenplays for films that me and friends would create, then post on YouTube.

I'm hoping that eventually a piece of my work can actually make it to become published! Until then, I will just be creating short stories for everyone to read and hopefully enjoy. Go and check out my portfolio if you'd like to see some of my work! I've done several different genres of short stories, ranging from mystery to fantasy. Thanks for reading, everyone!
