Do you have any writing to share yet? If so, click Create on the left menu and select Static Item. From there it is easy.
If you don't have any writing yet and want some inspiration, I'd recommend checking out some contests. They often have a nice variety of prompts. Just click Community on the left menu and choose Contests. You might even see some run by other newbies.
