I know you dabble, but shouldn't you rather wrestle with the work of telling tales? It is not just skill in writing, or fabricating "a voice," it is being able to speak to the heart of a person you've never met. It is imagining something that has never been, communicating it, and changing someone as they think, "that is exactly it."
