Scheduled Publication / Update
It would be nice to be able to "schedule" a publication to launch (go live) at a certain time on a certain date. For example: I could write three blog posts at once, but schedule them to go live at 10am today, tomorrow, and the next day.

Another application, which is probably even more complicated to implement, would be to schedule updates or revisions of existing items. For example, some contests publish new prompts at a certain time every day, every Sunday, or whatever. The contest owners, rather than having to be available to make the new prompt go live every. single. time. at exactly the right time, could just schedule them out in advance. If I ran a daily contest with a daily prompt, I could schedule a week or even a month's worth of prompts all at once, and they would launch automatically at the right time.

Cheers,
Michelle
