For the "Read & Review" in the left column? I think you actually have to have a pretty small screen view for that to fall off.

I did some testing with a tester and even at a really small 640x480 resolution, I only had to scroll a tiny bit (like a couple pixels) to get to the Read & Review link...

And I think if you're working with a screen size that small or smaller, having a floating link to another review is a more inconvenient thing for most people than is scrolling a couple pixels to get a new item!

All the same, according to the browser stats page, less than 3% of users have a resolutions less than 800x600...

And it's hard to work in such small percentages for the obvious reasons...


... Though another suggestion is that you could also add it to the bookmark header of your browser. If you have that turned on, it's always shown making the things in it just one click. Though if your screen is that small, maybe you keep it turned off to save vertical space.
