Since it's been ages since I tried it, I can't help you, but I know this is software for Windows, so if you are on Win, check the programmer's site and make sure he supports your version of Windows. If you are running on a Windows emulator (on Mac or Linux) then make sure you're using Wine; looks like that's the recommended emulator for this program.

There appears to be a wiki for this program, but I don't know if it's official or not.
