So, as I read through way too many articles on writing a query letter, over and over again I was reminded of the need for my "writers platform". Do any (or all) of you have one? I now I need to get one pulled together for myself, but I have yet to do so. In many articles, it stated that publishers like queries from those with "Strong" writers platforms.
What are your thoughts and experiences with this? Do you have a "strong writers platform"? Do you intend to work on building one? How will you go about it?
I don't have time to play around on all of the social media sites and keep things updated all the time in those places. Not if I want to have time to write, and deal with real life stuff too. Do you?
