I use Scrivener, but this may be an app outside Scrivener itself.
The program does have some good tools for syncing data to SimpleNote and Index Card (the iOS app), and excellent tools for character and page counts (and tracking daily goals thereof) but I haven't run across anything that syncs counts to an external site.
Have you tried looking around in {x-link:http://www.literatureandlatte.com/forum/index.php}the scrivener user forum?{x-link} I may do so myself, because this sounds handy. Again though, I suspect this isn't actually running within the program itself.
