Noticing Newbies

Hi, all. My name is Brian. I haven't written in a little while, but I am trying to get back into it. The main reason I'm here is to get some help with a novel I'd like to write. I've been doing some worldbuilding and have created a world that I believe would make a great setting for a story; however, I struggle to find a central plot worthy of it. The book will be modern/urban fantasy and probably have the most appeal to fans of the Harry Potter or Percy Jackson series. I'm hoping to find someone strong at plotting who would be willing to assist me in developing the plot. I would, of course, be willing to reciprocate by helping you to develop your own projects.
A little more about me. I have a BA in English with a concentration in Fiction. Most of my story ideas tend to be in the modern/urban fantasy genre (“Dresden Files,” “American Gods”), but I also enjoy horror, dystopian, LGBT, YA, and science fiction.
