The best way I know to accomplish that on WDC is to use a keyword or phrase and then folks can "Search" for that and WDC will just show those with that keyword in them.
If you always and only title your Invalid Item entries to include "FIBC," then readers can "Search" on that, and WDC will just bring up the entries that have "FIBC" in them.
I know others will set up multiple blogs and use one for each contest. Of course, only one can be linked on the official "Blog" tab. You'd need to put a note in its intro to route/link people to the blog they really want.
