Suggestion Box

The little gray gear icon you use in the portfolio for editing and other functions in non-intuitive for me. I don't post and edit often anymore, but every time I do I forget about it because its not obvious. I even used a web page search for "Edit", and nothing came up! Here's a small tweak that would work for me:

1. Make the light gray gear icon always visible for every item.
2. Turn it red or black and GIF animated when hovering over an item.
3. Give the icon searchable text attributes, so if someone like me forgets they can find it that way.
