Rafik's Genie is too Lazy to do anything... |
My Dear Joto-Kai , I am not sure I would listen to this Laurentius character. I think mayhap you are correct, and he is lazy. I have seen him lounging about in the shade, a well-worn novel in his hands, looking none the worse for wear. Jut as I found myself tempted to confront the sloth on the matter, I came across a bit of information that may have caused me to reevaluate my opinion of your genie. After all....he did leave me in his stead, and I must say that, well...with his go-ahead, we have already begun to make strides. It may not seem like all that much at the moment (although I am a bit impressed), but we have set the wheels of your destiny in motion. Laurentius would be proud at your endeavors from his well-laid plan, I am sure. He says he never had any intention of leaving you all on your own. He claims that he could not very well be to blame for you calling upon him during his vacation (a vacation that he had planned for nigh on a year; he wanted me to reiterate to you). He did the next best thing, short of he, himself, breathing down your neck, and that was to equip me with the skills needed to get past your stubborn refusal (as he calls it), to take over a few hard days of his workload, that he might vacation in the sand and sun. Joto-Kai , he has asked me to remind you that...in reality...he is not enjoying himself at all, so consumed is he in thoughts of how to best make your dream your reality. When I spoke with him, via Skype, I shared your recent success, thinking he would find your efforts admirable. Instead, he says you must do More...always more! I told Mr. Genie that he needed to sip his fruity drink and mind his own business for now...to let you revel in your newfound success, before we set off to tackle the next scheme in his mad plan. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
