The Contests page is still very simple to locate. You can find it as the 4th item down in the Community menu. If you are looking for more than just that listing of contests, you can go to Browse By Genre and then choose Contest to see even more, with the most recently updated showing first.

This new layout is actually easier to navigate when you spend a bit of time with it because it consolidated many of the items. Many of the items you will want to use are under the Community menu and if you can't find something, go to Writing.Com Tools, then either the Help: Non-Technical or Help: Technical and post in there and someone will help you out.
