First post from a newbie

Hello everyone,
My name is Desiree and I'm still trying to figure out everything on here.
I have been writing ever since I was little. If there is blank paper, I'll start to write something on it. My house is full of notebooks, with ideas or the beginning of a story. I'm married and have two kiddos. A teenager and a grade schooler as well as work full time, so the time that I actually get to sit down and write is not much.
It's been the last year or so that I've decided to really get serious. I'd like to try to get published, however I'm not sure if I'm ready for that step yet, or if ever. I've began to outline and actually plot out and finish my stories. My current WIP is a syfy thriller (18+). I foresee it being three parts, and I have added the first part (which I had to break into six parts) to my portfolio.
As much as I've been working on this, its still in a draft state and I am open to all manner of critique. From grammar to story line and plot. I welcome any and all feed back.
Thank you so much!
