Let's face it, everyone has a story at least partially similar to someone else...or do they?
My goal is to create Christian fantasy. Yes, I'm a devout Christian, yes, I very much enjoy fantasy writing. I fail to see why the two can't be combined. The problem I run in to is that, all too often, the combination of the two genres either goes completely unnoticed, or it fails before it ever gets off the ground.
In fact, aside from The Chronicles of Narnia, I can't really think of a Christian fantasy novel...certainly not high fantasy anyway. So, there ya have it, that's my goal.
