Update for week ending 4/17/2015

1) Market book to absolute best of my ability. ONGOING
2) Set up blog and work on connecting all as best is possible. ONGOING
3) Do usual chores around apartment. ONGOING
4) Get out and walk at least 3 times this week and continue doing simple exercises daily. ONGOING
5) Continue charting foods and beverages on MyFitnessPal.com ALWAYS
6) Continue Spring cleaning. ONGOING
7) Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
8) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
9) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. ALWAYS
10) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
