1) Finish converting book to Word and ready to go and work on Kindle format.
2) Continue listing foods on myFitnessPal.com
3) Strive for Conscientiousness
4) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day
5) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. Psychotherapy11 AM Monday
6) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background
