This isn't actually a poetry writing class, BUT that doesn't mean it won't be valuable to you. Everyone has a little poetry writing in them. This is actually a workshop in how to make a cohesive collection. I think you will still enjoy it. As far as learning to write poetry, are you a member at The Poet's Place? Dave is awesome and is always teaching something new. And there are also poetry writing classes at New Horizon's Academy just about every semester.
