Hello teams, welcome to the final decision post.

First I'd like to thank my trusted advisors and spies, The ever classy Ms. ElaineElaine and the Compulsive Masterblogger, Wordsmitty ✍️

Their help in the interviewing process made this portion of the challenge fun and exciting. Thank you to both of you for helping make this terribly tough decision a tiny wee little bit easier.

But still it's not easy. Both teams completed all of the required tasks. Both teams have some awesome people and talent.

I put these teams together, you know.

I tried to make the teams as equal as I could. I've known most of you for quite sometime now. I divided, who I thought were the strongest players between the two teams, then added some of the newbies and people I'm less familiar with to the two VERY strong teams. The one thing that slipped by me was to separate the two male players. (I mean to place them on opposing teams, not to physically separate them)

Then we had a late sign up, from a 30 Day Blogging Challenge veteran, and champion, the lovely Ms. Julie D - PUBLISHED! , who I placed on the team-needing a player to make the teams even in number. I thought that it would give that team an unfair advantage, but it didn't really come into play, because this time around it's been a total group effort. And we have a great group divided into two teams.
