WDC's Longest Running Blog Competition - Hiatus |
Instructions for the interview process. Okay folks, we have one shot at doing this and getting it right. I'm making this up as I go along, and hoping it works out. So far - it's worked for me, or at least I think it is. The good news is: we have an entire day to make this interview process happen. Here is the way I envision this thing to work. When they have completed their questionnaires they will copy both the questions and their answers to a new post titled Team Birds on a Wire Interview or Team The Blogging Bunch Interview, respectively. There are to be no other new forum posts to be added to the forum today. After the team leaders have posted their interview messages, comments will be allowed and welcome by all. reply to the appropriate message thread, do not post in a new message. I know that Elle (team Birds on a Wire) will be posting her interview answers at aprox: 3:00 P.M. WDC time. So, watch for things to start later this afternoon. Later in the day/evening, ElaineElaine ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Team members may and should respond to any questions they are directly asked. Team members may and should respond to any interview questions they feel they can help their team by answering - by posting both the question and their answer in a reply. Don't forget there will be two interview posts running - one for each team. you are welcome to read and comment in both message threads, but please keep the 'smack talk' to a minimum. (who am I kidding, with that last request?) Finally - I will conclude the interviews - by announcing that: The interview process is complete and I will return to announce the winning team after consulting with my trusted advisors. A few more notes This is intended to be a fun exercise, have fun! The prize for the winning team is HUGE and the prize for the winning team leader is HUGE. It could make the difference between winning the next challenge or being eliminated in the next challenge.
