Newbie needs help with bioblock

Hi All,
I am a newbie trying to "get started" and have run into a question rather early. I filled out the Bioblock and I am not sure what to put for the biography. Is there a way to see other's for an example? I feel lie I am just going to repeat myself...
Also, is there a way to change the profile pic?
