Welcome to the site! I've only been here a few months, but I've really enjoyed my time here so far. I think you will find the site is filled with incredibly generous, spirited people who are more than ready to help whenever and wherever they can. It has felt like coming home to me!

The best advice I can give about finding friends and networking would be to jump in and start reviewing items. When the time is right, put a piece you have written in your portfolio and let other people read and review your work.
