Noticing Newbies

Yes, this site it very confusing. I think it took me about 2 weeks to feel comfortable getting around and feeling like I knew what was going on Take your time! I found it very overwhelming at first and couldn't be here for more than a few minutes before I had to walk away. Take it in small steps. Find a few forums to post to. Ask questions. And read! Read other's writing, read other's reviews. Then write a few reviews yourself. I found a learned a lot just by exposing myself to a variety of writing styles and people and then by trying to put my thoughts about the work into a review that was both encouraging and helpful

Don't be afraid to ask questions of anyone here - everyone has been supportive and helpful. it's a wonderful community!
