Noticing Newbies

I'm Michy. After two poetry books and a nonfiction guide, I'm about to publish a novel. It's actually a series that emanated from a short story into five. It's in three parts so far (formerly just one).

I wrote poetry for years before deciding to publish, and my goal was to make it an annual habit. Independent pushing is my preferred route. My marketing has improved but is starting from scratch. As soon as I figure out a pen name, it's a go.

I live out west. It's usually sunny and warmer. Acclimation has made the winters here cold. Those from climates displaying snow or ice may disagree. The sun sets at 5 p.m., but I like sweater weather! It's good for my writing.
