Weekly Goals

quiltingmama, totally stinks that people will steal and cheat instead of being creative on their own.... if they have to do that, then they shouldn't write. HONESTLY. That really yanks my chain. ... I feel for you. This is why I am totally leery on posting my stuff online at all and also publishing my poems, and I am in the works of my books and leery of publishing them... I know that I SHOULD publish them.. but "I" want them.. not some cheater to steal them. even if you copyright them.. people still do that. SO I AM SORRY THAT HAPPENED TO YOU. :( keep working.. don't give up. Also, about your 'nerdling'... which I think first off is hilarious that you refer to them that way... I have 'other' words for mine.. lol, oh honey, they ALL grow up, have to attend these things... I cried when mine was getting fitted for her first dress for homecoming years ago. Such a sad day for me, happy for her. All I saw was a five year old playing dress up in a very expensive dress at a bridal shop that day... ha, ha. Just go with the flow. Now, my baby is in high school, I watch him march in the high school band and although I am happy for him, I realize that it wont be long, he will be in college.... :( hang in there.. heart will settle... :) just have a bat ready to chase away the date... just in case ... boys & girls can be too aggressive!!!! LOL and staying busy is a good thing... quilting is a great time killer, and does allow your mind to wonder, come up with book ideas... keep at it. I have projects of my own I have done... in fact, I have two piecing wall hangings I NEED to get started... :/
